The salted tongue is cut a little thick, and one diner found it tender. They also ordered premium skirt steak, which they said was tender and free of any unpleasant odour, and lightly grilled the premium short rib to enjoy its fine marbling. The grilled-meat menu also includes salted cheek and akasen, so you could start by choosing a few different cuts to compare.
For a meal centred on meat, the hiuchi steak on the menu is another tempting option. It is described as a rare cut, with only a few kilograms available from a single Wagyu cow. There is also a specially selected sirloin steak, described as Black Wagyu with high-quality fat. Choose between the rarer cut and a richer, fattier one according to your preference.
Some diners have finished with cold noodles; on another occasion, a meal included cold noodles, rice, soup and ice cream. The menu also features special udon and janmen noodles, followed by a choice of orange, apple or mango sorbet, or chocolate-banana ice cream. Drinks include draft and bottled beer, as well as oolong tea highballs, canned highballs and makgeolli.
